Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Vyrazíme app (web and mobile app), operated by Jiří Praus, an individual, contact ahoj@vyrazime.app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. What the app offers
Vyrazíme is a tool for planning group events — agreeing on dates and places, invitations, chat, voting and sharing tasks with friends. The service is provided “as is” and we keep improving it.
2. Account

When registering, you provide truthful information (especially your email).

You are responsible for keeping your access secure (password, access to your device).
•
The account is non-transferable and may only be used by its owner.
•
You can delete your account at any time in Profile.
3. Rules of conduct
Within the app, you must not:

Share illegal, hateful, offensive or sexually explicit content.
•
Harass other users or send spam or unsolicited messages.
•
Impersonate another person.
•
Attempt to break the app’s security or disrupt its operation.
•
Use the app for automated data scraping.
•
Use invitations for commercial or advertising purposes without our consent.
If you break these rules, we may restrict or terminate your account without compensation.
4. Your content
Content you create in the app (events, messages, photos) remains your property. You only grant us a non-exclusive licence to process it to the extent necessary to run the service — in particular to show it to the participants of the events you invited them to and to store it in our database.
You are responsible for the content you upload. It must not infringe copyright, privacy or any other rights of third parties.
5. Reporting objectionable content
If you come across content that violates these terms or the law, write to us at ahoj@vyrazime.app. We will review the report without undue delay (usually within 48 hours) and remove the content if appropriate.
6. Service availability
We aim for uninterrupted operation, but we do not guarantee100% availability. We may carry out maintenance, and we cannot influence outages of third parties (Apple, Google, Supabase). An outage does not give rise to any claim for compensation.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided free of charge and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, data loss or damage caused by the behaviour of other users. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in a separate Privacy Policy available at vyrazime.app/en/privacy.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app at least 14 days in advance. If you do not agree with the changes, you can delete your account. By continuing to use the app after the changes take effect, you agree to them.
10. Governing law
This relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes arising from the use of the app will be resolved by the competent Czech courts. If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (coi.cz).
